JOB DESCRIPTION
SPANISH SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVE FOR CALL CENTER
Position Available as: In Office, or Remotely

Primary Functions:
Supporting Spanish-speaking customers on the telephone, Facilitating the completion of their online orders, and adding new orders to the system.
​

They should be capable of creating a positive atmosphere, whether working on-site or remotely, and be adaptable to the evolving nature of the job.

Minimum Functions:

Process, review for completeness, and organize orders over the phone.

Obtain and review the information and maintain the accuracy of the information through the CRM Internal system.

Knowledge operate CMR Software and Mac IOS.
Basic Knowledge of General Notary Law.

Qualifications/Abilities:

Can reside anywhere within the U.S.

Must speak fluent English and Spanish

Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.

Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.

Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
