JOB DESCRIPTION
MANAGER / DIRECTOR - REPRESENTATIVE

Primary Functions:
The core role of a manager or director-representative is to serve as a representative for our company in your home state. You will be in charge of establishing and managing a team of notaries and representatives and providing weekly and monthly reports to headquarters in New York. Additionally, you are required to attend meetings with headquarters, whether virtually or in person. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, resourceful professional with a clear career trajectory.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a determined, accountable individual with the ability to work in a collaborative setting. This position requires superior management aptitude, an aptitude for organization, and the capability to direct others. Candidates must be willing to commit to a full-time job and take on the task of establishing and recruiting new customers to the firm.
Minimum Functions:

Process, review for completeness, and organize orders over the phone or camera.

Obtain and review the information and maintain the accuracy of the information through the CRM Internal system.

Management skills
-
Knowledge operate CMR Software and Mac IOS.
· Knowledge of Notary Law in your state.

Great managing skills

Ability to create a successful team

Qualifications/Abilities:

Can reside anywhere within the U.S.

Must speak fluent English.

Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
