Applications are open for notaries in the states: New York, Washington D.C., Virginia, Florida

Primary Functions:

Get the document ready for online notarization, establish a video connection with the customer through our platform, and ensure that both the state legislature and internal business regulations are met.

​

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a qualified, professional individual to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers. To be successful, applicants must possess a solid background and demonstrate a passion for the role. They should be capable of creating a positive atmosphere, whether working on-site or remotely, and be adaptable to the evolving nature of the job.

​

Minimum Functions:

• Process, review for completeness, and organize orders over the phone or camera.

• Obtain and review the information and maintain the accuracy of the information through the CRM Internal system.

• Knowledge of the Remote Online Notarization

• Knowledge operate CMR Software and Mac IOS. 

• Knowledge of Notary Law for Remote Notarization in your state 

• Adequate license for Remote Online Notarization

Qualifications/Abilities:

• Can reside anywhere within the U.S.

• Must speak fluent English. 

• Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.

• Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners.

• Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.

• Notary Public / RON License

• Knowledge of Remote Online Notarization
